We have detailed our Terms & Conditions as much as possible under our FAQs section for you to have a seamless shopping experience with MuBu Home. Shopping with us means you agree with our Terms & Conditions on warranty, refunds, returns, payments and shipping and delivery. Should MuBu Home add or change any terms and conditions, these will be communicated on our website or in written form to our customers should they affect a current order.

Our products are available to purchase via our website or our MuBu Home store located in Elsternwick 3185 on 1 Horne Street, VIC (open Tues. to Sat from 10am to 4pm and Sun. from 10am to 2pm) Our warehouse showroom located in Cheltenham 3192, 31 Viking Court – you are welcome to visit us by appointment from Monday to Saturday. Come and meet us and check out the beautiful quality of our furniture. If you have a very specific product in mind, please give us a quick call and we’ll make sure it is on display when you come by.

Although we work hard to display all our products in the most accurate way possible on our website, we cannot guarantee any variance to the looks / colours of our products based on the electronic device you are using to view our furniture. All our product descriptions and prices are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We are cautious in trying to avoid errors in product information and pricing – we reserve the right to correct them. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time based on demand, supply or any other reason that MuBu Home deems reasonable. Please note the information contained on this website is intended to apply in Australia only and all our prices are in Australian Dollars.

All intellectual property in any material on the MuBu Home website is the property of MuBu Home. You must not republish or redistribute material from this website (including republication on another website), sell, rent or sub-license material from our website, reproduce, duplicate, copy or exploit material on this website for a commercial purpose. The website may contain links to other websites. MuBu Home is not responsible for maintaining the information displayed in the links and will not be held responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with these linked websites.

In such cases we take steps to ensure that our service providers do not use any personal information disclosed to them except for the purposes of providing the requested service to us. We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of facilitating your use of our website, including your purchase of products. We use your personal information in a number of ways for this primary purpose, including but not limited to, contacting you with details of our sales, processing any purchases you make and administrating our dealings with you. Our MuBu Home website uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device. Our site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalise the website. Also, cookies may also be used to track how you use the site to target ads to you on other websites.

Warranty Information

At MuBu Home we pride ourselves in selling quality furniture. This is one of the reasons why our business was born, to offer strong and durable goods, that were manufactured with the best quality materials along with design and functionality in mind. All our products come with a standard 1 year manufacturers’ warranty. Upholstered products such as arm chairs and fabric sofas have a 5 year warranty on frame, 2 year on foam and 1 year on fabric. Whilst MuBu Home have a warranty on most of our products, we do not cover normal wear and tear or damage arising from any abnormal use of our furniture, improper maintenance or any modification you might have done to your items that would have changed the original structure and make of our products.

Secure Online Payment

As millions of other e-business providers, MuBu Home use the SSL protocol to protect their customers and ensure that every single online transaction remains safe and confidential. If you have any concerns purchasing your goods online, please contact us. Payment methods available at www.mubuhome.com.au: online via MasterCard & Visa Cards, PayPal and Direct Debit.
PayPal: when you select the PayPal payment method upon checkout, you will need to log in to the PayPal website in order to process your payment. Once the payment is complete, you will then return to our Homepage.
Direct Debit: when you select this payment method, you will be requested to order a Direct Debit to MuBu Home’s bank account. You will find our bank account details on the invoice you will receive from us. Please note that Direct Debit payments need to be confirmed and the funds need to have reached our bank account before we can ship your order out.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes you simply change your mind. If this is the case we will offer a full refund on the cost of the product provided that, we are informed within 7 days of delivery and provided that all goods are returned in their original condition i.e. new and in their original packaging (that means in no way partly assembled). We will inspect all items returned to make sure they are in their original condition. If so, MuBu Home will process your refund within 7 working days. In the event that your furniture or other product arrives damaged or you find your purchase is significantly different from the online picture and/or its description we will provide a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to repair, replace or refund on a case by case basis. Where you have an issue relating to your order, please contact the MuBu Home team immediately. We will require you to have your order number with you for reference and proof of purchase. We have further detailed our Returns and Refunds under our FAQs section for additional information.

Shipping & Delivery

At MuBu Home our customers come first so we try to provide the best delivery service possible to suit your needs. Our deliveries are based on ground floor/front door basis. All our deliveries will take place normal business hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Our courier services are contracted to show delivery of proof, if you are unable to receive your delivery then you can also arrange your delivery to a neighbour or to your office.

We can deliver Australia wide provided the items on order are in stock, below are the lead times to metro areas. Please allow an additional 2 days if you are located in remote areas.

Please be aware that the size of your order and location may also impact the delivery times. We take our delivery service seriously but we will not take responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by third party courier companies.

MuBu home reserves the right to revise freight costs that’s if there was to be an increase in freight costs by our courier companies.

Please note that unfortunately some courier companies charge if they fail to deliver a parcel and need to re-deliver. At MuBu Home we have no choice but to pass on the re-delivery fee to our customers as we have no control over failed deliveries. If a re-delivery fee incurs, our team will be in touch to arrange the settlement of the fee. Thank you for your understanding. 

We are happy for our customers in Melbourne to pick up their purchases directly from our warehouse or our store, please do phone ahead to arrange a time for collection so we can get your order ready for pick-up and help you with anything you might need.
